SIX FACES. SIX PERSONALITIES.
Meet the troublemakers.
The white die has black cup symbols.
Match the top face to a cup in the shared pile.
The Twins count as one joined game piece. No Heavyweight in this version. If the rolled shape has run out, reroll.
THE RULE THAT REALLY MATTERS
You drop it.
You adopt it.
If your placement or action makes cups fall, collect all the cups that fell in your own pile. Even cups somebody else placed.
Never place fallen cups again or return them to the shared pile. New cards can pass or swap personal piles. Yalla Bye retires cups to a separate pile, where they score zero. Leave balanced cups on the Dallah.
Play ends when the shared pile is empty and the current turn is resolved. Count the cups currently in your personal pile. Most cups = Biggest Loser. Tied for most? Share the shame. If all personal piles are empty, nobody earns the title this time.
YOUR DECKS, EXPLAINED
What did I just draw?
29 actions + 2 protection cards.
5 placement zones. Plenty of trouble.
Some printed cards say “you lose.” In this ruleset, collect the fallen cups and keep playing. Nobody is eliminated.
LESS DEBATING. MORE WOBBLING.
Quick table rulings
What if the whole Dallah falls?
The responsible player collects every cup that fell. Stand the Dallah back up and continue with the shared pile. A collapse does not end the game while unused cups remain.
What if a shape or placement zone is unavailable?
Reroll a shape that has run out. If a zone has no usable space, keep the cup and redraw only the Placement Card. For Naql, the destination must be different from the cup’s starting zone. If there are no cups to move, redraw the Action Card.
When does a turn finish?
Release the cup, finish the action, and wait for the Dallah to settle before the next player starts. If cups fall during that settling, they belong to the player completing the turn.
Who collects cups during a team action?
On Tag Team and Shareek, the player whose turn it is collects them. On Fazaa’, the next player actually placing the cups collects them. After Fazaa’, normal play continues with that player’s usual turn.
What if the cards run out, or only one cup remains?
Keep separate discard piles and reshuffle each deck when it runs out. A two-cup action uses only one cup if just one remains. Stop a two-cup action immediately if cups fall; return any unattempted cup to the shared pile.
What if I cannot do an action or miss the countdown?
Swap an action you cannot comfortably do for another Action Card. On an empty Dallah, redraw rotate, tap or blow actions. For the five-second card, if time runs out without a fall, reset the countdown and retry the same placement. Never add an unfallen shared cup as a timeout penalty. New pile cards move only cups already in personal piles.
How do the new pile actions work?
Half Half, Mabrook, Tabadel, Kheth, Malek Shoghl, Pass It, Reverse, Yalla Bye, Surprise and Kullah Lak replace placement. Skip the die and Placement Card, resolve the action, then end your turn. They use personal piles only. Never take from the shared pile or the Dallah.
If you have fewer cups than requested, give or retire what you have. An empty pile gives zero. Half Half rounds the amount given down: with 5 cups, give 2 and keep 3. A no-effect pile action still ends your turn.
Who is “beside you,” and what about ties?
For Half Half and Tabadel, use the next player clockwise. Malek Shoghl uses the smallest and biggest piles before the transfer; the active player chooses among ties. Use different players. If all piles are empty, nothing happens. Surprise targets another player; point again if your choice is unclear.
Do Pass It and Reverse change turn order?
No. Pass It sends one cup right; Reverse sends one cup left. Everyone with a non-empty pile sets aside one cup, then passes at the same time. Do not pass a cup you just received. Play still proceeds clockwise.
How do I save and play protection?
Shuffle Ma Ysir and Ana Mali Dakhal into the Action deck. Keep a drawn protection card face up, then draw another Action Card so your turn continues. Play protection before cups move, and discard it after use. Held cards are not reshuffled.
Ma Ysir: cancel a card taking, swapping or giving cups to your pile. A blocked two-player transfer or swap does not happen.
Ana Mali Dakhal: redirect the effect against you to another eligible player. Keep the original source pile. Never redirect cups back to that source. If no valid target exists, cancel the effect.
Each affected player may use one protection per Action Card. A redirected effect cannot be protected again. On Pass It or Reverse, protection affects only your incoming transfer; other passes continue. Protection cannot undo a finished move or protect against cups you physically knocked down.
Where do Yalla Bye cups go, and how do we score?
Put them in a separate retired pile. They count against nobody and never return to play. After the last shared cup’s turn finishes, the biggest remaining personal pile earns Biggest Loser. Do not take extra turns to use saved protection; held cards have no score.
